I think the whole thing was set up by Wizos. They haven't put any marketing into this game in a LONG time and they did the cheapest (free) thing they could do to drum up a little interest in the new set. I mean, really, do you know how long someone would have to stand around a pick one of every mini to get a complete set out of the factory without being seen. Either way I don't care, I'm still excited.

However, considering that the same person has had auctions for IE and JA boosters that weren't pulled makes me suspicious of them.

Good luck with the booster Rawk. I can't wait to see what pulls you get.

True, but keep in mind that the promotion on the WotC SWM page is still Imperial Entanglements. They still want to push that product to both new and old players. Just before that was a new starter set and now some map packs. It seems like they are trying to help bring in a new flock of players by making things accessible. When I first started I had to pour through websites to look at single minis as well as hope that a new booster purchase had something amazing in it. Look at the last two boosters and JA: Clone WarsSith = 1 Republic = 19 Separatist = 13 Fringe = 7 Imperial EntanglementsRebel = 10 Imperial = 14 New Republic = 1 Fringe = 15 Jedi Academy (speculative) Old Republic = 4 Sith = 7 Republic = 7 Separatist = 1 Imperial = 4 New Republic = 7 Fringe = 6 Mandalorian = 1 Vong = 3 Totals:Sith = 8 Republic = 26 Old Republic = 4 New Republic = 8 Rebel = 10 Imperial = 18 Separatist = 14 Mandalorian = 1 Fringe = 28 Vong = 3 So as a new player you have many minis from mutiple factions still readily available, plus a recent starter set, battle pack, and a map pack with two more coming. As a rabid fan I agree, WotC could do more to promote the JA booster. As a new player, it seems like there is an overload of both minis and abilities to collect and master. Sorry not trying to argue, just needed to do something while I wait for a JA update.

Sadly, now that Taoche is on the case, this is one of the few spots to discuss the boosters. Hope the other winners spread the love around.

I heard that when Wizards cut from 60 minis to 40, you now get all eight rares and four very rares at random... is that true..... it was for my friend.

Yes, in a sealed case you should get all 8 R's and 4 VR's, but it is not a guarantee... There have been instances where you might get duplicated R's or 3 VR's and 9 R's, but those are far and in between...

What are you still doing at work on a Friday afternoon with potential spoilers sitting at home??? LOL Seriously, hoping you get something good for yourself for all your trouble of buying early and your good deed of wanting to share.

That's been pretty true for me so far. I usually buy 2 cases 'cause I like getting alot of multiples for trading + I get most of the set that way...
