I usually like to create new abilities, but I think I created a piece that plays a very specific role pretty well using only existing abilities:

Obi-Wan Kenobi, Defender
Cost: 31
HP: 110
Def: 20
Att: 11
Dmg: 20

Special Abilities

Unique
Melee Attack (Can attack only adjacent enemies)
Draw Fire (If an enemy targets an ally within 6 squares of this character, you may force that enemy to target this character instead if it can; save 11)
Lightsaber Combat Expert (When this character rolls a 19 or better on a save to avoid damage from an attack, the attacking character takes damage equal to the amount prevented)
Mettle (If this character spends 1 Force point to reroll, add +4 to the result)
Quick Reactions (+6 Attack when making attacks of opportunity)
Soresu Style (When hit by an attack from a nonadjacent enemy, this character takes no damage with a save of 11)


Force Powers

Force 2
Force Renewal 1 (This character gets 1 Force point each time he activates)
Counter Push 2 (Force 2, usable only when this character takes damage: range 6; 20 damage; push back target 2 squares if Huge or smaller)
Lightsaber Defense (Force 1: When hit by an attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11)

Meh. Even if it was "all or nothing" he still needed to have the skill to do it,

Subspace Transceiver (Use may use this ability before determining initiative: This character's Reserves special abilities are successful on a roll of 17, 18, 19 and 20. On a success, this character may add an additional 10 points worth of Republic characters and Reserve characters may be Unique this round. This character is activated.)

Force Powers
Force 2, Force Renewal 1, Master of the Force 2
Force Jump (Force 1, ignores difficult terrain, enemy characters, low objects, and pits when moving this turn.)

Master Speed (Force 1: This character can move 6 extra squares on his turn as part of his move)
Force Surge 4 (Force 4, replaces turn: range 6; 30 damage to target and to each enemy adjacent to that target; push back each enemy adjacent to target 3 squares away from target if Huge or smaller.)

Commander Effect
Followers with a Force Rating within 6 gain Stealth. Allies with Order 66 within 6 gain Advantageous Cover.
