pegolego: Darth Maul, Dark Apprentice 9.25
This version has a lot of tasty ingredients. My concern is with the combination of 110HP, Force Cloak, Embrace of Pain and Teras Kasi. That is a ton of staying power for 39 points. True, his access to CEs is minimal and his 39 points should reflect the cost of the obligatory force battery.

saber1: Darth Maul, Sith Assassin
Shady.

AndyHatton: Lord Maul 9.25
Stats and abilities on this piece all look the part. What really stands out is the combination of Indiscriminate Rage and Resolve. This gives him a different route to damage increase from the standard Sith Rage while giving him a way to keep him from the "downside" of Savage. On the flip side, he can still be used in conjunction with the Sith Wrangler and/or Celeste Morne. I think it works to make a unique Maul while capturing an aspect of his character.

markedman247: Maul, Savage of Lotho Minor 8.75
This piece ended up in an interesting place. He is certainly unique among this week's entries, especially with a Large base. I'm not fond of Savage in the subtitle while lacking among his special abilities. Also, with 180HP, the removal (again) of Splash 20 throws the piece out of balance. With Splash, I can accept the significant HP bump over existing pieces because he has a low defense rating and damages himself. That really is a savage. There are a lot of cool things here, especially Enraged Reactions.

Lord_ball: Darth Maul, Sith Enforcer 9
This is a solid Maul. At his price, I feel the Deathwatch Maul will likely be chosen over this piece most of the time. Affinity and Recon are compelling arguments to choose this piece, however.

donnyride: Darth Maul, Cold Blooded 8.75
A Champion of the Sith for the modern game (and Sith faction). This is close to being a phenomenal piece. Reduce Quint to Quad and drop Wounded Rage and he would be a rocking Sith beatstick. The other option is the clever idea offered by mm247. Keep Quint, drop Wounded Rage and add Self-Selficient.

GeneralGrevous: Darth Maul, Lord of the Shadow Collective 8.75
Honestly, I am completely unfamiliar with Maul during the time your piece represents. Pawn of the Dark Side just doesn't feel like Maul, though I like the Reserves and Reinforcements.

Deathwielded: Darth Maul, Weapon of the Sith 9.25
This is a solid Maul. My only critique is a preference to see the mechanic of Search and Find as a commander effect.

My vote this week goes to AndyHatton.

I apparently sabotaged myself subconsciously (a theme in my life). I put wall climber, splash 20 and savage. Went back to organize them into proper order and, on an iPhone, you have to remove. It never saved. Both were to be there and were only removed once in the very early process until arrangement.

Well, that sucks. The "unregistered" version is up for those to see. Just don't use it in judging criteria.

It's all good I voted for yours.

And apparently no one but Pego and I watch the Clone Wars hahaha. This is how I sabatoged myself hahaha.

@General_Grievous, I actually was very skeptical of the Clone Wars and never watched it until it was free on Netflix (so I recently caught a couple on while the little bros watched them lol). A few just happened to be the Maul episodes, and yours fits quite nicely!

Ah makes sense, I thought it was pretty bang on haha.
I wasn't so sure after the movie first came out but the show quickly won me over with it's epic visuals, solid early stories (Rookies, Lair of Grievous, Trespass, etc...) and general Star Wars feel. I find that each new season got darker, prettier and better. With the rare odd exception of outright foolishness (droid squad *shudder*)

Back to the point, the Maul in the final season is a very different character from the one that Obi chopped in half twelve years prior. Very manipulating, intelligent, strategic and more Sideous than savage.

I thank you for the vote. I'm just kicking myself over the omissions.

I wanted to comment on yours both but ran out of time in the feedback cycle. After the final judge chimes in, I'll give some unsolicited feedback.

Since I have the highest overall this week I get the additional two BlooMilk BlooMilk for a winning total of 4!!!

Honestly though I'm totally surprised!OMG I would have thought Pegolego or Saber1 would have won this week with their awesome entries! I feel both were well designed. Thank you Lord_ball and Pegolege for voting for my entry, as it's not often that I win. I'm really honored and thankful for this weeks winThumbsUp

I'm thinking of our next subject being Leia in the New Republic or Ben Kenobi in the Rebels. Thoughts and Suggestions?

It was quite a close running, but in the end a very deserving piece won. Congrats, Dw! Can't wait to see the next pick. Either suggested sounds cool.

The only thing I am concerned about is him getting 6 attacks in the sep faction with Loathsoam. Maybe dropping his triple to double/twin? But otherwise sweet Phantom Menace era version!

That would cost 106pts, and at that cost it's hardly game breaking (granted there is some other usefulness in there but that likely requires exposing the other pieces), but rather a decent reason for him to not have easy access to gma (which he doesn't).

Well, mine has been fully corrected. I wonder if my scores would have changed now that the omissions were added back. *continues to slam head on desk*
