few questions:
do piece/pieces brought in through placed order count as gambit/score victory points?
Victory without war- do you have an option at all if you are at full hitpoints?
Why do we have the possibility for a sith Kenobi, and not a vader?
Amphistaff- does it stop things like new boba's bait and switch or decoy if the attack would kill them (I am assuming it would not stop it), and I guess it does nothing to stop death shots, since it says special abilities not commander effects correct?

Placed Order functions like Reinforcements. The pieces don't grant VP or collect Gambit.
You can choose to make the save even without damage, yes.
Bait and Switch does not trigger on defeat, so "would be defeated" doesn't apply. Amphistaff does not effect CEs.

Obi was evil. Obi did hint at his true loyalties in Episode III: " Only Sith deal in absolutes."

I never did trust that beard of his....
The lack of a Sith Vader has a lot to do with the fact that he isn't really requested. In the "What do you want to see" thread for set 9, he was suggested exactly once. Add that to the fact that it isn't that compelling of a concept (at what point was Vader Sith and not Imperial?), and it just hasn't made the list. Imperial Luke, Sith Bastila, Rebel Dash, Rebel Kyle, Mandalorian Obi, etc. all correspond with a specific time frame or event in the character's story arc. Sith Vader doesn't.

Though I like to think of the Sith Vader as maybe during Episode III, pre-suit, before the Empire has REALLY been established, rather as he becomes the 2nd part of the rule of two and begins eliminating it's opponents. Just my excuse to make a powerful pre-suit Vader and Sith Vader, though lol.

Yeah but there is already that Vader. In fact, WotC made him at that point TWICE, in RotS and MotF. Both times he was Imperial.

There was a huge thread about having a v-set Sith Vader at some point - maybe late 2010? I've been trying to Google it, and couldn't find it?

Thank you V-Set designers! It looks like a really great set. I have to say that when I first joined Bloomilk I was adamantly against the V-sets, (And was probably a little annoying about it, my apologies) But I really appreciate your hard work that goes into this.
Keep doing what you do!

Both those Vaders seemed very assault on Jedi Temple to me (and I never liked that they were both Imperial, I feel like one of them should have been Sith, they both have SITH in the name for goodness sake!) But I think you could do a straight Duel on Mustafar Sith Vader. Or a new Sith Sidious that has affinity for the more inexpensive Vader/Anakins could be a nice (Republic or Imperial to represent tempting him to the Dark Side) TheHutts wrote:There was a huge thread about having a v-set Sith Vader at some point - maybe late 2010? Here is another thread dealing with the topic http://www.bloomilk.com/Forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=8770Darn I was just one page off of the one Echo found!

And where do we find the Sith Kenobi in the verse? The mere idea that Kenobi can be a sith is literally appalling. I know it will never be played, ever. its still silly. I have always had a problem with there not being a Sith Vader, here are some WotC Vader piece names. Darth Vader, SITH apprentice Darth Vader, Champion of the SITHmy personal favoriteDarth Vader, SITH LORDIt seems to me that WotC knew he was a Sith. i do not see why there is any question at all. ok, rant is over. I love the republic commando, jind accurate / jolt is sweet! Pinpoint attacks is also a really cool ability. I also like the noghri or ruhk coming to NR! wish i thought of that I also really like the catapult and love the idea of choosing a square for those types of abilities and the blow up doors idea is really cool. I wish other abilities did that as well

More like Swinefeld helps QC the V-sets, so he gets to see everything as it's being made and is awesome enough to put stuff in the Bloomilk database as it gets finished.
