thank u they should NOT be giving swap to every faction because people are just going to use swap and its not going to be fun to play the game.

Because it makes the factions unoriginal
which is why im glad there isnt any more booming voice
the mouse droids are alright because they have to be out there for play and vulnerable to flame but with mas you just hide him all game

Rebel Swap hasn't exactly been dominating the game.

Republic and Imperial swap squads are the closest, since they both have Mas. However, even then, the squads are both very different. Sith swap is going to be VERY different from all the other factions. Heck, the two Thrawns are very different.

While I would like Rob to be a bit more creative, saying they will be exactly the same is just silly. Each faction has different pieces, making these "similar" pieces play very differently.

Honestly, Sith really do need a San/Ozzel type piece, mainly because of the number of big beatsticks they have in their arsenal. And San, Ozzel, and Dodonna squads play very differently.

Amen to that. Been waiting on a San/Ozzel piece for the Sith for some time. It would do wonders for some of those big beats.

For the longest time I have really wanted a sith ozzel or san hill but I am starting to feel like tempo control already messes with the game too much. I would be more interested to see something like this...

Admiral Saul Karath

Faction: Sith
Points: 24
HP: 70
Def: 17
Attack: 10
Damage: 20

Special Abilities
Affinity (This character may be in an Old Republic squad)
Chain of Command (This character benefits from commander effects that would otherwise only affect followers if the commander has a higher point cost)
Counter Tactics (Your opponent no longer benefits from commander effects that alter how many activations may be done per turn)
Cunning Attack
Mobile Attack
Relay Orders

Commander Effects
Allies gain Charging Fire.

That Saul would actually be a really good addition to both OR and Sith.

he'd be good, but im not sure if Id use him all that much, mostly because of the 24 points I would have been able to spend on something else :),

one other reason I wouldnt use him, he would most likely stay in the back, sure he can stop the enemy from that bonus but that is only 9-11 points of uselessness not 24.

I think it would be good to make one but more like this

Admiral Saul Karath
cost-17
HP-30
Def-15
att-+5
Dam-10

special abilities
unique, Irrelevant tactics(enemy abilities that effect initiative and that allow the enemy to activate 1 are canceled)
Sith Reserves 20(roll of 20)

CE
you may choose to activate 1 character each phase

Really!? Who won? The wait is killing us!!!Wink

I bet it was Luke, HPU. I really like his Push 40.

I don't enjoy having to bring Mas out of hiding. It always signifies that the game is almost over and that I am going for one last charge.

My opponent used FP 40 on Mas (after he hilled the Uggernaut) and I needed anything BUT a 1 to kill Hoth Pilot with Vader, I rolled a freaking one and he rolled a CRIT!!!!!!!!!
