I'm sure cards won't be done by then, although I think the set will be finalized and sent to the printers. If we go this route, we have to make sure anyone coming has access to all the stats. We might even make sure the PDF is available so people can print out the cards of the set 11 figures they are using. We might even want to make the official release of the set the day before the regional. I will MAKE it Legal <--- click here!
