If all you play is power games, then yes... Gen Windu is nerfed.
I mostly play casual though so I still have uses for him.

To answer the question, "Has he been replaced" the answer is a resonding no. And anyone who tells you otherwise isn't talking about anything close to a competitive meta (note, that does not mean top level competitive only). General Windu hasn't been competitive for years, not months. You cannot replace that which does not hold a place to begin with. He's still a good piece, but arguing about replacing a piece that hasn't seen competitive play in years is kinda silly.

So, since Gen Windu hasn't been competitive for years, I think it's safe to assume the OP wasn't asking whether or not he had been replaced in competitive meta play.

No, mace is not competitive, and you are right, he hasnt been for years. i think the question is more based on the CE being replaced then anything else. he holds a place as far as having that CE, and Obi being cheaper means that mace will not be used, pretty much at all.

my sentiments echo Bills (suprise ) Windu was competitive for about a set or two upon release and that was back in 2006. Mace has always been slightly too high in cost for what he has done and the only times he has been totally competitive was when he had unique properties (extra attack CE and triple Vaapad). the only unique think about him is Shatterpoint but that has always been fairly difficult to use.
