I really hate to be the one to do this, but my computer isn't opening the file whether I try to open it or save it. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to put all the names of the characters up. Help me Bloo Milk members, you're my only hope.

For those who can't open the file, here's a link to the thread on Wizards, there's pictures as opposed to a file, so hopefully you'll be able to see it. http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75862/20133961/Galaxy_at_War__The_Complete_Checklist_and_Rules_insert

Wait, if Roger Roger is a named ability then it can't be extended by the Mouse Droid, right?

Special Abilities and Force Powers Density Projector: This character ignores effects that force movement. This ability cancels only the forced movement; damage and other non-movement results of the effect are still applied. For example, a character with Density Projector who is targeted by Force Push would not be pushed but would still take damage from the power. Ground Pilot +[#]: Each ally with Mounted Weapon who starts its move adjacent to this character gets a +[#] bonus to Speed until the end of that ally’s turn. Ion Shielding: This character can ignore special abilities that affect only nonliving targets. The ability is optional: The character can choose to be affected by benefi cial abilities, such as Repair, or even by harmful abilities if its controller so decides. Light Tutor: During setup, if you have this character in your squad, choose an ally of the type specifi ed by this ability. If the chosen ally does not have a Force rating, it gets 1 Force point and is considered to have a Force rating for the rest of the skirmish. If that ally already has a Force rating, it just gets 1 Force point. This character can’t choose itself for the effect. The entry in the rulebook will be revised to include this updated text. Medical Supplies: Instead of taking its normal turn, this character can give 1 adjacent ally the Heal 10 ability for the rest of the skirmish (see page 39 of the rulebook). Munitions Supplies: Instead of taking its normal turn, this character can give 1 adjacent ally the Grenades 10 ability for the rest of the skirmish (see page 39 of the rulebook). Niman Style: This character has a +2 bonus to both Attack and Defense while it has more than half of its starting Hit Points remaining. Roger Roger: Non-Unique Droid allies within 6 squares of this character get a +10 bonus to Damage. Shii-Cho Style: This character has a +4 bonus to both Attack and Defense while 3 or more enemies are within 6 squares of it. Soresu Style Mastery: When this character is hit by an attack, it takes no damage with a save of 11. The entry in the rulebook will be revised to include this updated text.

Anybody notice that Shii-Cho Style is one of the best lightsaber forms in the game? Other than Soresu Mastery, it may be the best. And this one's not even Mastery yet.

As for the previews, I think considering the insert was posted, someone screwed up majorly in the web department. See if the link works in the preview thread.

But it's also one of the hardest ones to pull off. (not so hard in Republic though, b/c of R2 and Panaka) A smart opponent will keep his figures spread out the avoid the bonus from being activated, similar to Ataru Mastery in that sense. If you can pull it off though, it is one of the most powerful. So, what will Shii-Cho mastery be? +4/+4 defense and +10 damage? Or +4/+4 if 2 enemies are within 6?

I know awhile back in the WoTC forums someone pulled all the release dates for the next product releases and this set was posted as the 20th. It must have circulated as that because almost all the dealers listed that date as well. Some still do but most have changed it to just October and no day.

Am I the only excited for the new R7 unit? I mean it probably won't have any of the new abilities, but having it as a fringe is nice for us non-republic players.
Could WotC be up to something with this faction choice? I mean the only time I've seen the green/red R unit is in Asohka's ship. Or is R2 the only factioned astromech they will ever have out there?

am i the only one who thinks they need to do captain fordo? maybe somethin like this
captain fordo
republic
28points
hp 50 defense 17 attack 7 damage 20
accurate shot furious assault evade
allies with order 66 gain advantageous cover
i know this set is based around the current animated series but he is clone wars and is also a cool character, i gave him accurate, evade and furious to represent the coruscant scene where he just kills everything in sight single handedly, and the ce i think well represents how well he was able to keep his troops alive during the muunilist mission. he gets a lot of shots but only single attacks and at a low attack, good low cost support piece who plays well with rex and new obi
