New thought. As opposed to fixing Tulak more, I propose that Darth Cognus lose doctrine of fear. I'm good to send both to the BC. But I do propose removing doctrine of fear from.her.

Tulok giving "Distraction" to Cognus, takes away the CE attack rating boosts, making both Cognus and Tulok, extremely hard to hit, and "Doctrine of Fear" makes it much worse. +1.

Talon Karrde! Fringe needs to be considered a faction. Yes I am a YV player and the fact that Fringe is not considered it's own faction is wackadoodle, IMHO.
