I would at least put them in a folder. What operating system are you using?

Check the folder icon between the star and the globe (they are just to the right of the IE set icon, and before the faction icons). All the stuff from Galaxy at War, Jedi Academy, and the Map Packs is grouped under that button. Star = Supplemental minis (Hoth, Endor, R&I, Starters, Battle Packs etc) Folder = "Dynamic" minis 9Map Packs, JA, GAW) Globe = ALL minis

Below is the file structure that I have on my PC. I am using Vista, so there are some additional settings I need to make it work.

Thanks Treebeard for the screenshot That is the correct folder structure. Note that you can name the main folder (shown in the screenshot as "C:\Program Files\SWMini Manager") anything you like, and put it wherever you like on your hard drive. Unzip all the downloaded files into that folder and you should end up with what is pictured. Make a shortcut to SWMinimanager.exe on your desktop (or other location) and you should be good to go. Note the .swm files - those are the data files for all the latest sets (pending the Dark Times update). You won't have stats for those sets if they are not in the same folder as the .exe file. I hope this will solve your issue.
