Yeah
You could also put that it "never counts as in range" which would negate someone throwing a grenade 100 feet into the air and would also negate all "range 6" commander effects and Gree and GOWK's squad based CE

That sounds good. Lightsaber Throw range 6 can't hit it, but LST with NO range can. Hover sounds good too.

It would be great if the figure were held up on a pedestal over a 4x4 (or larger) black base with grid lines on it, so that figures can be directly under it. That way, play can continue straight through and under it, to help with that "never adjacent" rule.

Thanks! I thought so, ha. It may be a hassle to move pieces under the Laat all the time, but it will look cool!

I'm glad I posted instead of keeping it to myself then, ha. Maybe the base should even be clear plastic, that way it doesn't hide or cover up hindering/low hindering terrain.

juice man wrote:Gets better and better. True dat. Personally, I would add a little to the laser beam; considering it is a non-stop beam that can be used to strafe targets: I'd add this: When this attack defeats a enemy character, it can make a free attack against another enemy character within two squares of the target.

How about this: Laser Beam - May continuously attack adjacent enemies. Can't attack any enemy more than once, must make attacks in one direction.(Left to Right, R to L, Front to Back, B to F) So it's like sweeping a flashlight (torch, for the U.K.er's) across a close group of people.

Hmmm. How long should the sweep be, and will it get allies too?

Revell - Monogram has a 1/72 scale LAAT Gunship/Dropship Revell GunshipI got one and assembled it, it comes already painted. It is a little small for the the minis, but close enough. It looks pretty good. LAAT Gunship Photo with Clones
