I have to admit I am rather fond of the Mando Marauder as well as the Sith Marauder.
Jango BH is awesome but I also like Darth Talon. She has such an aggressive pose it's great.
Man there are so many great sculpts it's hard to give an answer.
I just got AniSTAP in a trade and didn't realise til he arrived how much better he is in person than the official pics you get.

I like Galen (Vader's apprentice) quite a bit. It's a pretty casual pose, but it feels menacing, as though he's sauntering towards his next victim. Luke HPU is a fave as well, in part because the sculpt is so evocative of what the piece does.
Oh, and I can't believe no one has brought up the Bith Black Sun Vigo yet! Obviously derivative, but a cool piece none the less.

Cade Skywalker, Bounty Hunter for me. "I am going to shoot you in the face, and in the off chance I miss, this lightsaber here will do the job!!"

there are loads of minis out there which have got just awsome sculpts. there are the 3 main poses, the action pose (in here you will find you jango bounty hunters or your BBSV). The ready pose (this is the pause before an action pose eg general obi wan kenobi or darth krayt), then theres your tactition pose (these arnt very exciting but are appropriate for the mini eg reiken or mas amedda)
there are minis that you pick up and just go cool. which i have got loads of. they just spark imagination of battle and action. well thats me.

Im also pretty fond of CS Darth Sidious. Never know what he might have hiding up those oversized sleeves. A lightsaber, perhaps? Some Sith Lightning? How about a Death Star or two?

Jango looks great in the Stock Photos, but once I got a hold of him, he really needs some good lighting to look especially cool. Honestly, I like Boba Fett BH. The pose with that slight head tilt is just so badguy (can I say that? I really don't have a better word. Sorry kids.). fixed it for ya - swinefeldEDIT: BTW, I just (FINALLY) got Boba Merc, and I'm not sure what it is but it's an awful scuplt. It looks cheap and crappy like a Fast-Food toy, which is surprising since IMO TFU has some really good paint/sculpts.

Gotta say, C3PO, Ewok Diety has one of the best sculpts this game has ever seen. The piece looks fantastic with an unusually good paint job for anything made after TFU, the pose is certainly suitable for the piece, and unlike many other figures, it is perfectly in scale. Quality of the piece really blew me away, especially for something produced in the 40-fig sets era. Somewhat ironically, the incredibly beloved and expensive sitting Palpatine from the same set is absolutely horrendous looking, painted terribly, and is so out of proportion it looks like he could stand up and throw Yuzzems around with ease.
Honestly, a pretty good general rule of thumb is that the earlier a set was released, the better the sculpt/paint quality.
Heck, compare the Duros Mercenary (Rebel Storm, C) to any gun-wielding R or VR made after TFU. The Duros Merc has a nice pose with a surprisingly detailed sculpt and an incredible multi-color paint job. The pistol he/she wields has great detail, a barrel, and a top-mounted scope and is painted in multiple colors. About halfway through the sets, guns tended to become amorphous slivers of plastic that were painted in a monotone black or silver.

I dig Jango- Even without the cool massive flame the detail is good. Raging Wampa sculpt is cool and Felcor...
The worst in my book is 501st legion stormtrooper- I'd be embarrassed if I was in charge of letting that one out the door at woc.

I like Captain Rex, 501st Commander. He looks pretty epic with that jetpack!

I have to say 3PO Ewok Deity, even though the piece or character may not be the favourite of many it is hands down the best sculpt looking at the attention to detail and it didn't have any flashy effects like Jango's fire (I do like the Jango sculpt).
I ran a poll on this topic a long time ago, shortly after IE came out and 3PO Ewok Deity at that time had edged out Jango.

Whenever a thread like this pops up I always like to mention the original Boba Fett mini. I have the R&I version personally (I'm guessing the Rebel Storm version's the same quality). The pose is epic and it has an incredible paint job to boot.

Dang, adamb0nd, you beat me to it. It isn't flashy or dynamic, but is a clean and accurate sculp of the two droids. Additional props: *General Windu for general bad-ash staredownness (very Sam Jackson) *Darth Maul, CotS for dynamism *Your mom for going to college *Darth Revan because something had to be cool about what we got from WotC and it wasn't the stats *Darth Talon for the "talk to the hand" pose *Shaak Ti, Jedi Master for bikini hotness
