If you list the cards you have without minis, I'm sure you could find people to take them off your hands for you, or you could pair them with other peoples orphaned figs, if that's what you're looking for.

I have listed the cards in my trade list found here:

Well to me it seemed like you were complaining a bit as you were feeling "short changed" even though you got exactly what was described to you plus some extra stuff.

I would suggest two things, though it may be a bit late to do so.

1. Politely ask if there are are any figures/cards he forgot to send that go with the orphans.

2. Think about if he offered to give back the money if you sent back all of the figures/cards, would you take him up on the offer? It's a way of gaging your level of displeasure with the deal.

It's mostly already been said, but in my opinion, if you demanded a refund, he would not be at all obligated to give you it. Hopefully, the complete cards and minis you did get are worth the price you paid and the agreement you made which he lived up to, and just think of the other ones as throw-ins (which for me would be a burden on my SWM-specific OCD, but there's always ebay if you start hearing voices).

I never had any intention of demanding a refund. I was acting on emotion and knew it, so I was looking for logic. I thank everyone for there responses. I have sent a final e-mail and am satisfied.
