Well, he is unique, and they always said that they tweaked the costs of certain characters down to encourage their play.

Duros Mercenary, from Rebel Storm. Yeah, I know he only does a measly 10 damage and for one point more than a Stormtrooper, but, for those 6 points, you get a +6 attack and an awesome sculpt - one of my favorite non-unique sculpts. Add to that all the commander effects we have available these days, and he can be a pretty punchy little fig. Quinlan Vos, the original one from Clone Strike. That Impulsive Savagery seemed to make some hesitant to use him, but I always had fun with the figure, largely because, if you played him wisely, he was already stuck into combat before Impulsive Savagery could even become a problem. Of course, when so many of the CS jedi who should have been awesome were given only a single attack, that Vos had double was reason enough to play him.

HE can Move 2 Shoot and move 1 (or 2 if you spent a force point) back potentially into cover. Plus his deadly and Flurry is a great combo. The only downside to him is He doesn't have accurate so those 4 shots at +8 are most likely going to fodder. Although i will say if you haunt him with a Force Spirit he can evade very well with Rieekan and still keep points for movement. Throw IN Ackbar for The extra attack bonus, or maybe someone with spotter or rangefinder and he can kick some butt. Of Course you could always use a Twilek BSV with Rieekan and give him actual greater Mobile, But Where is the Fun in That Hahaha! I agree... I remember the time when I used him against GM Yoda in a 150pt. game... I rolled 3 19's and 2 20's... Yoda even deflected 1 crit... Luke defeated him in 1 turn! My opponent was so frustrated, then he surrendered and I won!

Another underrated mini I could think of is the Juggernaut War Droid... I mean, it is one of the few droids (or maybe the only one) with Mobile Attack, plus it has Flight... And not to mention the Shatter Beam... All of those for 16pts... It could also be used in a seperatist squad using Wat Tambor, TUF's Immediate Droid Reserves.. With GGDAC, it gets a total of 21def. and 11atk. with Twin Attack...

Sight Satchel Charge is pretty amazing.
