Awesome! I hope I pull a epic like the test run I just did :)

No Epic figures or scenario figures will be pulled for this league, these are just the standard figures you would get in a booster (if DOTF and R&R were real boosters).

Any chance of using the randomize-all feature that shinja just implemented, or are you going to stick with a booster from a random release? There's a checkbox to exclude or include the non-booster pieces. You could exclude them easily, or if you include the non-booster pieces, it's a simple matter to reroll if an epic piece shows up.

(He just fixed the issue with the uncommon rarity level, so it is working now.)

Nope, I will be pulling the regular boosters, so everything will be based on the set, not a random booster.

However random boosters may be given out at my discretion for random events like I did for Easter. So everyone would receive an extra booster (all the same set or all randoms with this new feature).

Ok - it's your league. For as much work as these things take, it's definitely your call.

By the way, since you're also a player, it might be a good idea to tell a third party (before the league starts) when/if you plan to give out random boosters. If you yourself get stuck with two Rebel Storm boosters in a row, throwing in an extra booster for everyone sure will start to look like a good idea... but of course none of the rest of us would have that option. Well open schedule for a # of weeks should allow you room to play against everyone once. A few here, a few there and you've played everyone.

haha well I still need to pull them before you can have them. I will get the map list up soon. I will be out of town from tomorrow through Saturday. I'll shoot for Sunday to have them out for everyone who is registered as of now.

Great - looking foward to it!

One thing I did forget to address in the rules (and I will add this to that section) is about slow play.

Since these games will last 1 hour, it is very important to be able to plan your moves ahead of time. There is no reason for a person to take more than 2 mins to activate their figures.

If you feel like you opponent is taking too much time, please tell them that. They do need a warning coming from someone (esp since I won't be able to watch every game).

If they continue to slow play, please send me a message and I will look into the matter.

If there is enough evidence of slow play in a game, points will be deducted from the players score and added to their opponents (points may vary, will be in multiples of 10).

I hope that we do not run into any issues of slow play in this league.

Now what is slow play?

-Taking longer than a few minutes to make a single move.
-Continually activating your characters so your opponent must move to you.

Since there is no gambit there is no reason for more than 1-2 figures not to move ever in one of these games.

Again, I don't think there should be an issue, but since this league is based on victory points (minus gambit) I want everyone to have a shot to earn their points.

ThanksBlooMilk

The league will start on Sunday September 11 and run for 8 weeks until November 5.

At that point playoffs will begin. Playoffs will follow a 1 game per week match rule.

Schedule will be as follows:

1 v 8
2 v 7
3 v 6
4 v 5

*subject to change if more people join the league.

I will allow 2 weeks the week of Thanksgiving for those who travel.

We will crown a winner by Dec 3.

couple of things gang:

1. If anyone has the immediate reinforcements ability, the figures you can bring in must follow the faction rule stated and they must come from your collection.

2. I have a new laptop and I don't have microsoft excel on there yet. I will be running boosters from work unless someone can hook me up with the latest version of excel.
