So what if you take 30 or 40 damage doing it? You just won the game! Add momentum or rolling cleave and things just get crazy. Hang on. I hadn't considered that. You run up, Sweep, kill the first target, then immediately use Cleave on the second target before finishing up the Sweep attack. Which means you get one kill and four attacks against target number two... Oh. Right, I'm convinced. This furball is awesome.

This furball is awesome. also if you have rolling cleave, you could make 4 attacks on 2 different targets, plus move the whole seep over another square. And if they screwed up and put the pieces adjacent to each other than you also cause them splash 2x. Sure he may not last long but he goes out with one heck of a bang. Also throw in a bodyguard or a gungan shield bearer to protect him till he makes his run and your set. Hmmmm quigon and this guy with tarpals could be fun too.........

Does this work?
A Wookiee Jedi with Rolling Cleave and Momentum moves up so he's adjacent to a Reek, Ugnaught and a Mouse Droid.
Lightsaber Sweep: Mouse, Ugnaught, and then Reek.
Kill the Mouse. Cleave to attack the Reek. Then Rolling Cleave to attack the Reek again. Then attack the Ugnaught via Lightsaber Sweep. Also dead. Then the final attack from the Lightsaber Sweep to attack the Reek for the third time.
That's 3 attacks on the Reek. All Twin, so 6 attacks. At 30 damage each with Momentum = 180 damage if they all hit. If the Mouse and Ugnaught are both adjacent to the Reek, it could take 20 Splash damage, too. Dead Reek in one turn.

Any piece that could pottentially take down a reek in one turn isnt bad to me. Even if he wont live through more than 1 0r 2 turns afterwords

Sweep, twin, cleave, and splash have some neat interactions that will make for interesting choices, mechanically I like the piece. Theme wise, an aggressive, low defense, force using berserker with "indiscriminate rage" sounds like a dark side piece.
I don't recall Yoda ever saying. "When you are calm, at peace, then is the time to unleash your rage and kill some mother *****s!"

It's funny because I just read all these books that these characters are from. Can't wait to see the Omega Squad and Darth Zannah!! This will be fun with Lancer for Imps.

Maybe not, but I'm pretty sure Mace Windu said something very close. On his wallet perhaps... That was before his transitional stage when he returned to the light side, hunny bunny. Also, did anyone ever see the spoof where Mace and Yoda are in a canteen on Coruscant that gets held up, it was in Tales from Star Wars, a book of short comics? It is awesome, very tongue in cheek.

Not only funny, but also very clever, with Mace and Yoda discussing different interpretations of "bringing balance to the Force."

I'm fairly sure it is a Yun Yammka Fanatic, not the God himself. Although that would be epic. Of course things may have changed since playtesting.

I suspected we would get a Kal Skirata in this set! Can't wait to see stats for him and the other new characters!

Republic Commando Niner Cost...26 HP...70 DF...18 AT...10 DM...20
Unique Omega Squad...counts as having Order 66 for purposes of CEs but cannot be on an Imp squad Double Grenades 10 Rapport ...Omega Squad Stealth
CE... Allied characters have the same name as each other for purposes of Squad abilities. Characters on this squad whose name contains ARC Trooper or Republic Commando gain Squad Firepower
Interesting wording for the CE...how can all characters count as having the same name, but only ARCs and RCs gain the ability... clarification?
