Thanks, but I plan to build up terrain on the base and fully man it with an Ewok artillery crew. :D

Wow, at this point it is almost a five way tie! There is no clear leader. It's anybody's guess which two will finish on top.

It's like Survivor, they've made a pact to vote together, but the question is how many of them are there?
Newsflash, how about freewill?

It looks like we'll be getting a trando. I rather we had a Craddosk, Guild Leader as oppose to another non-unique trando that didnt live up to its name

UrbanShmi, DarthBane53, Flying Arrow, kezzamachine, AndyHatton, fett19, saber1, Azvander, General Grievious and myself have not voted yet, as they participated in the last vote, very good chance they will vote again. Also voting is open to anyone else as well. That is enough of an unknown to swing this vote any which way, its still possible anything could happen.

I was telling my girlfriend about this community project... I got her to watch star wars for the first time in her life last year. I told her the sarlacc was on the list, and she said "when its defeated, can you make a save to put boba fett into play?" I've taught her well

Also... sarlacc is in last place. A lot of people left to vote, but kind of shocking considering that it was in first place for the last two phases of the project.

I think there are a couple of things working against it. First, there are apparently a number of people who just don't want it - who didn't vote for any of the top 5 but now are voting against it. Second (and this is where I am), I think that given the attention it's received there's a good chance we'll get an epic of it if we leave it alone. I'd rather get an epic version anyway, where you can fit more on the card and give it 150+ cost. I might still vote for it... I haven't decided yet. But that's why it's not an automatic vote for me. My list looks like this right now: 1. Black Sun Slicer 2-4. Pirate/Sarlacc/Catapult 5. Trandoshan Huntmaster Link to vote: http://swmgamers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15899

The two most conventional are leading in support right now, but as I said before, nothing is a runaway at this point. The fact that the other three are so off the mark from what we've seen before and will be bringing something different to the game seems to hold no appeal to some. If there were three or four very conventional in the top 5, votes would be split among them and the oddball one would getting pushed to the top. If the Peace Brigade had made it to the top 5 making it a top 6, it would've been more flat voting I would suspect.

Was hoping the peace brigade would make it, that was my pick from the start. But at least Sarlacc is still in the running, come on people! Return of the Jedi! Force unleashed! Battlefront! A freaking Sarlacc! That would be the cats meow! Get over there and throw your vote in for this tentacled monster or else Boba Fett will be digested slowly over a thousand years...

Not Quite Digested: When defeated you may place Boba Fett into play with half his Hit Points. FlyingArrow wrote:adamb0nd wrote:Also... sarlacc is in last place. I just don't know if we can design a piece that the community will be happy with through this project. I kind of think the Sarlacc Pit needs to be an Epic piece like FlyingArrow suggested or some type of Scenario. I hope the V-set designers see the community want for that piece and make something neat with it.

Agreed, people are saying it would seem odd to have it sat in bespin, or jedi temple?! No more odd than having a dejarik piece or reek running around lol.

Well they better brace themselves then, because whether they like it or not, one way or another we are guaranteed to see Sarlaccs erupting on planets all across the galaxy before too long.

Snowspeeders, yammosks, Krayt Dragons, how about space/hoth rancors. I'm sure the same diabolical evil villain could manage to set up a Sarlacc inside of a ship, what a cool RPG story that would be haha

The ewok catapult, while not your typical miniature or most conventional, will not be completely unheard of in this game. We have a few existing models that we can loosely base it off of... Atgar, Golan, E-Web, Hoth repeating blaster can all be looked at (and hopefully improved upon) for a start.

I think the catapult would need to be Huge. The Golan Arms with emplacement is probably the best bet... just so you can easily remember that it won't be going anywhere. That is, unless it has Speed 1 or something like that.
