The name of the character you are looking for is "Beast Rider of Onderon." Just refer to the Beast Rider on Drexl for evidence.

Putting the Beast Rider back together gives us the obvious answer for the Mini Set...

Set Name: Invasion

Mini Set: Aproocinate and Flame Order

Mini1: Beast Rider of Onderon

Mini2: Mandalorian Strike Leader

In 1200 BBY the ancient secret Order of Aproocinate merged with the more recently formed Order of the Flame. Ever since, the order has numbered exactly 15. Chiefs of state, master Jedi and Sith, great warriors from the Chiss and Mandalorians, even Hutt crime lords have come and gone from within the order. At their meetings, differences are forgotten as all members focus on the common goal: burning aproocination.

I just double-checked. It's a lower-case 'o' on the of.

The Aproocinate and Flame Order also matches up with the hints... it's something that has received ZERO attention from the Vset designers so far. In fact, it hasn't even been revealed as part of canon yet.

I think it means Mandalorian Strike Force Leader was right... it was only guessed when we had mixed up the 'of' in the beast rider.

Set Name: Armed and Operational

Mini-Set Name: Invasion

Mini1: Beast Rider of Onderon

Mini2: Mandalorian Strike Force Leader

Although if that's the solution, I'm really disappointed that we won't be seeing any attention given to the Aproocinate and Flame Order. AGAIN.

And we have a winner! BlooMilk

Perhaps next time it should be a competition where contestants submit their guesses (and get confirmations) via PM or e-mail. First to reach the solution gets a prize, custom ranking or something.

Sounds like a lot of work (for me) but I kinda like the idea. Hmm...

What in the world is the point of these if people aren't supposed to get them?

It's been a week-ish...really? You weren't going to get it? There were several correct guesses prior to any confirmations.

Besides, the combinations are rather limited, I just get rubbed the wrong way by "it's too hard" comments is all.

They are rather limited, but when people don't see any type of response they aren't going to keep guessing. The thread came to a halt when it was said there would be no confirmations. After swinefeld said he could help out a bit, people started guessing again. I've always thought these were supposed to be fun and light brain teasers not hardcore cyrptograms people sink hours into.

Signs of society I guess. Not a big deal, but I just wanted to point out that your above statement does feed into my rather negative view of those things. Essentially you just said "It's not worth doing, unless my hand is being held." Again though, we're making the proverbial molehill/mountain analogy now.

To that effect, to each his own is much more appropriate here

:D :D :D

I just don't like burning you through teasers so quickly.

I'm really confused now. Did you want me to participate or to not participate?

swinefeld seemed disappointed that there weren't any guesses forthcoming. I simply gave my reason for not participating - I didn't ask him to provide feedback. But since he decided to, I started participating. I'm sorry that I'm not willing to work on harder puzzles. I do this for fun... at a certain level of difficulty it's no longer fun. (To me.)

This is what he really said

" I've always thought these were supposed to be fun and light brain teasers not hardcore cyrptograms people sink hours into"

Kudos to all you who can even think of a jumble as "fun and light brain teasers"
