One more set of questions: jak wrote:

The event lineup looks great. The question is, What are the specific rules for each event? I figure the 200pt Regional is pretty straight forward, but the KotR and Epic formats both tend to have variant rules, so I'd like to know what those will be so that I can start looking into squads.

I'm pretty sure King of the Ring isn't a Star Wars Minis event. Guys are just going to be wrestling in a battle royale. Standard MMA rules for banned moves.
I could be wrong, though.

Sweet. I'm all set for KotR then. Is it okay if I wear short spandex shorts? And if I don't shower for about 2 weeks prior to the match?

Any special rules or restrictions on Bastilla (cost more FP, end at end of round, etc)?

I won't even be there so feel free to ignore me. But easiest solution for Epics would probably be to just go with whatever the GenCon rules were.

The typical epic rules are
1. Max 16 activations no reserves, reinforcements cannot exceed 16.
2. Must have 1 Epic, no more, no less.
3. Tempo control is not allowed
4. Bastila's ABM is good only for the round in which it was used.
5. 1.5 Hour time limit, restricted map list
P.S. If everyone would pick an Epic and test the hell out of it, we could probably have 3 ready to go by then ;)

I'd vote for this. Also - Gambit needs to be addressed. 50 pts, and can only be earned by a fig 50 its or greater?

gambit is normal (10 4 10)
Bastilla is unchanged
she's been out for almost 5 years, you have to learn to play her, or play against her sooner or later
