Dr. Destructo wrote:you can get pop for $0.50? Awesome. Oh and Bloo Milk is pretty sweet too. Funny story, we once had to call the cops to my job (not for me, lol) and after they were done we offered them to go get something from our convenience machines. One of the cops came back excited and exclaimed "they've got pop for $0.50, awesome!" and it's been a running joke that whenever the cops have to come we want to offer them our $0.50 pop.

Just donated a week ago. Will do so every month. And $12 a year is far too little to give to keep this site going IMO. But that's not really for me to say. Everyone's in a different situation. But either way, one donation a month isn't really a bad idea. Good going on this post.

since it was suggested by a member not to donate, I thought I'd cast my vote in the other direction.

I have donated since before I was I mod. and will continue do do it. $1 a month is nothing when you look at the value we receive in info and features. if a member chooses not to donate, that's ok, but encourage people not to is beyond comprehension

"Pop" is such a Northern thing. Here we just call everything coke. A can of Pepsi is "a coke." If someone asks "What kind of coke do you want?" acceptable answers include "Sprite" or "Mountain Dew" or "Orange Fanta." That's some name recognition right there! And yes, donating to Bloo Milk is a good idea. I happen to run Windows Vista 64-bit, so minis manager really doesn't work. This site is the main source of piece info and squadbuilding resources that I use. The same is probably true of many others. Pony up a couple bucks and keep the place alive!

Pop cant be too Northern since I am originally from NH and we all say soda up there. "Coke" is a southern term. I too believe donating to Bloomilk is a good idea and will probably do so as well, wish that the customs hadn't died out so quickly after all the hype for the contest.

I know this games dead, but this site has kept me in this game since it went up, and is my source of sanity at work. Donated... hopefully we'll keep it alive and get some VSETs on the main page soon.
