This could still be Chewie on AT-ST, as wookiees were in the Old Republic.

The confirmed damage rating of 20 and inability to spell definition of Rigid seem to rule out a walker.

Oops, didn't scroll up. My bad!

"he" has Like minded friends. "these" have been around for a long x3 time...

yep, just as I expected. I have no clue.

Any chance the things that have been around a long time is referring to in this game's history, not in the starwars universe? Anything from rebel storm or clone strike worth boosting?

Would be nice if this boosted ewoks (been around since the first set, swarm +1 = like minded), but this would be some sort of epic ewok gods of doom with the amount if text we have

I'm not sure I would count on Rigid being defined.

Captain Rex on AT-RT. (this is just a large guess)

True... By dci rules, rigid isn't really part of this game anymore. I doubt the vset team would put it on a card, just to confuse players further when their goal had been to make the game easier to play

It's possible, if it is a walker, that Rigid is not defined or even present. However, it would be unusual to break with WotC precedent and drop Rigid as well as reducing Damage 40 to 20. Also, Weeks didn't confirm my Order 66 guess so Capt Rex on AT-RT seems unlikely. Crying

The "around a long, long, long time" may very well be from a SWM perspective as much as a SWU perspective. There's plenty from the first 3 sets that need boosting.

Yeah... could be... but clones haven't been around for a "long long long" time in universe... just in game.

What about something truly ancient... like the Rakata?

Clue of the day. This piece has it's factions name in its characters name.

If the "old, old, old" clue has to do with SWU chronology, then the new clue likely indicates an "Old Republic X" or "Sith X" as they are far older factions than the others. If this is the case, I'm failing to see yet why giving the capital letters would have given it away. If I'm on the right path, does this indicate some abilities with unusual capital letters.

OR...

Are we dealing with a "Yuuzhan Vong X" as that faction, though they appear in recent SWU chronology are very old? Ironically, they are the youngest from a SWM perspective. The confirmed base 20 damage makes this a less-likely possibility.

Anyone catch something I missed?

CONFIRMED:
Name
Hit Points
Defense 17
Attack
Damage 20

Special Abilities

CLUES:
-Start with the numbers
-Not Epic
-Flavor text is included
-Capital letters omitted to prevent easy identification (uncommon letters)
-No new abilities
-Name has been seen before but in different way
-You'll want to play this character with some of his like-minded friends most of the time to really get the best use out of his abilities.
-These have been around for a long, long, long time. (these = non-Unique?)
-This piece has it's factions name in its characters name.

how about:

Veteran Mandalorian Crusader

Quote:
"The Mandalorian Crusaders were the first documented type of Mandalorians, thought to have been established by Mandalore the First in 7,000 BBY."

"Since the Crusaders had no ranks, they traditionally followed the most experienced veteran on the field into battle."

perhaps he could have some SA that works with the Crusader grunt we got in Vengeance.

The damage 20 and two spare 6s does make me think it's a Clone. Maybe it's an update of one of these Order 66 pieces from Revenge of the Sith, Clone Strike, or Universe. None of them explain the v, but that could be in the flavour text:

ARC Trooper
Clone Trooper Gunner
Clone Trooper
Clone Trooper Grenadier
Clone Trooper Sergeant
Clone Trooper Commander
Aerial Clone Trooper Captain
Clone Trooper on BARC Speeder
Elite Clone Trooper
