From what I gather it seems that it is up to the person hosting the event as to if they are legal or not. But if you want to play them you must have the card. That is until something more official is stated in the floor rules

??

What you said is correct about the tournament organizers. The BHC cards are currently not officially legal, but a TO can allow them if they want. I don't know whether they would need the actual card. I would guess not, since they're Vset cards, and you don't need physical copies of any of the Vset cards to use them.

Um, this is already in the floor rules. A card is required at ALL Times. Everything else has been covered repeatedly.

I was under the impression that they would be put online after Gencon, which apparently isn't so.

No PDF's of the cards. Just photos. SWMResources never put them out or at least not within the V-Set section.

I have a number of copies of each card I am using as prize support at events. The next event will be at That Game Convention on November 10 in Lemoyne Pa where I will be running a SWM event. I will be posting event particulars as well as convention information soon in the events section, but I will say at this point that I will be providing the minis and maps for my event; participants need only attend the convention and show up to play. At least one pair of the cards will be offered in the prize support.
