I just realized that out of the 19 variations and remakes of Luke Skywalker for the rebel faction, that not one of them is a commander. I think we're long overdue for a Commander Skywalker with a CE for the rebel faction.

A Bors'k Fey'yla for New Republic not to mention new Rebel Bail Organa. Didn't really like Mothma that much, so maybe more from these?

Also a cool Alema Rar and Allana from LotF book series. A Luke and Chewie with versatility would be great. Especially if Luke had a CE:)

I was having a hard time coming up with a good CE for Rebel Luke...I think there could be some cool Pilot stuff with a Rogue Leader version, but as a Jedi I was having a harder time (I settled on handing out Quick Reactions to Unique Rebels in my custom and I do like that.) I definitely think we need a Rebel Commander Luke though...

While I think a commander version of Luke is a cool idea and certainly overdue, I'd rather (finally) see a pilot Han.
And yes, I'm aware of the new Lando.

Has anyone else noticed that there's a whole 97 minute nationally televised piece of Star Wars that remains completely untapped by the v-set? I recommend that the mini-set with v-set 7 be called "Christmas Special". The timing is perfect, as it's the set that comes out around the holiday season. I assume there will be 2 cards from the Bounty Hunter Challenge, so the remaining 10 slots could be taken by:
Chewbacca's family: his father Itchy, his wife Malla, and his son Lumpy
Princess Leia, Galactic Entertainer
Ackmena, Owner of the Mos Eisley Cantina: it'd be a good chance to boost Wuher
Krelman, Amorous Alien
Saun Dann, Trader
Marty Balin, Craig Chaquico, Paul Kantner: Holographic Band members
We also need a Tree of Life map.
PS: I'm obviously not serious about this! But thanks for reading this far.

I'd really like to se a Hoth-based Commander Skywalker (Tauntaun, Snowspeeder or on foot, doesn't matter) to help out the Hoth Troopers. Rebel troopers can use any help they can get.

Hoth Commander Luke is a great call! That has a lot of potential I think. They call him Commander Skywalker in the movie...he needs something. I've been asking for minis from the ewok films for years. if the designers (wotc and vset alike) won't touch the ewok movies with a ten foot pole, I don't think there is much hope for the Christmas special.
A commander Luke could just give it an old school +4 attack bonus to rebel followers, and that would help the faction so much

Maybe, like others have asked for, some Sith Reinforcement pieces, maybe Rapport for Sith Troopers too. And a Morghan Fel (for more Imperial Knights to use with IK Synergy).

I like this. The Rebels need a base attack boost. I was thinking he could hand out Synergy to troopers and pilots (+4/+4 within 6 of Unique Rebels,) but just a static boost would be really nice too! I like that a lot.

I would like to see the remaining "Tails of the Jedi" comic characters, These are amongst the oldest characters in the EU and 5 Vsets later still not 1 made. Not counting the few WOTC made. or Nomi as WOTC did do aversion of her. As always want new never seen before characters, So no more Lukes, Hans, Vaders. OK fully expect to see them again but really EVERY SET??? Also would like to see a Old Republic Transport, just so OR has a huge.  Non-Unque would like to see. Chiss Charon

Although, I want them all to be released but I would like to see a Hand of Judgement for the Imps scattered over a couple of sets. Use them like the unique commandoes for Imps. Maybe rival against Darth Vader so they won't be in the same squad.
