Fair question. (Well assuming you mean aggressive negations)

Aggressive Negotiations: This character is considered to have Diplomat until it makes an attack or is targeted by an enemy character. Characters with Ambush, Backlash, or It's a Trap! can ignore this ability for the purpose of attacking this character.

Since aggressive negotiations basically gives diplomat under certain conditions, and in TILE WARS characters with diplomat lose diplomat . . ..

Much like diplomat itself, you can have a character with it, it just loses that ability, and in essence it does nothing.

Cursing WITH WHAT SQUAD!!!!????
You can't just sit on top of your world champion throne with no army around you (or I will just strip you of that title like I did Chris in 2012 and almost repeated in 2013. 1 initiative.). So where is your army, Mr Tile Wars World Champion? Or should I say Ms's Tile Wars World Champion?Flapper

That must be right. The only thing I don't remember is the 2nd Recruit, but I'm not sure what else it would have been so 2 Recruits must be right.

Hmmm. That is a lot of beef to chew through all while disrupted and -4,-4 (most likely). I'm curious as to what my wookies from 2012 would do. It might be hard to hit with the negative to my attack but I don't get disrupted. If my wookies could hit, I would hit hard with splash all while disrupting them. That might be a fun match up. I would love to see a write up of matches. What Tile?

LOL. Jak needs to have his victims speak for him? What, his nasty Sith killers left you alive to speak for him? Or does Jak just think he's better than all of us, now that he is a Tile Wars World Champ? Well tell your master I have a message for him;
Beeee Humble.

I was kidding. (Well mostly. Lol). I know Gen Con is exhausting but you should be thankful for that exhaustion. I would love to have that kind of exhaustion.
