We used up the Jedi General bit for the OR piece. The use of Jedi again has been neither confirmed or denied. IIRC

No. It's a partial answer to another slot Also possible it's partially a partial answer to this slot. Who knows?  However, I do have an idea for a hint towards figuring out what is left that I may post sometime today. It may help, or cause mass confusion...  So the word Jedi or General may indeed belong to #16 (just not both)
