Although the character could theoretically be from any faction, as MarkedMan noted (and I forgot), the only non-Fringe factions that can be spelled out are Sith, Rep, Rep, and Mando, so that limits things slightly... IF the Affinity is faction rather than character.
The thought about lack of conventional defense is a good one. I suspect you may be right about Stealth/Cloaked, but I think some of the lightsaber styles and masteries can be spelled out, no? Lightsaber styles? Would we be seeing Soresu Style or Soresu Style Mastery? It's the catch-all defense ability. Good call on the Lightsaber styles, those would definitkt work, the only question is which one... Also this will lead us to who is the character. I'm pretty sure since double and triple attack is out that were looking at twin attack. Any thoughts on placement? Jedi v.s. Sith or S & V?

If we follow the lightsaber style trail (which could be a dead end), the options become slightly limited, based on cap letters, plus signs and lack of "j" (and, therefore, adjacent).
I could be wrong, but I think the list (assuming no new styles) is:
Ataru (both versions)
Djem So (both versions)
Makashi (not mastery)
Soresu (mastery only)

Yarael is a good guess but the affinity thing doesn't, upon reading the Wookieepedia write-up, fit his character.
I think approaching the Affinity might lead to the clue. Affinity, unless including non-uniques, would contain a proper name of a character or Faction.
Since only a limited number of factions could be made and Fringe rarely contain affinity, then it might lead to an idea. Granted, the variables are still numerous.

This is driving me nuts.
I too think that figuring out the Affinity will be a big help.
The Y... can't be Yarael Poof as both Ps are used. There are no quote marks, so not a Yoda quote in flavor text (if any), unless they were omitted.
My current hunch is that the CE has something like "Your squad may include..." or "You may choose to..."

What about T'ra Saa? Tree lady from the republic comics? She could be new repulsive and have affinity for republic?
Also she is a powerful force user who would qualify for the MOTF 2
Any confirmations on the other force powers thus far?

I stand corrected. I didn't see the post about the faction NOT being in the description. I found that post now and realize that all my assumptions are erroneous.
As for Tr'aa Saa, if she is NR, then I would find that odd. In the NR, she was rooted in the ground and immobile. That may lead to an ability unique to her where she becomes rooted but gains Force Repulse 5.

Force Repulse 5 is out, but 4 might work. Emplacement would be my choice but more of a conditional unless she's the NR version of Potty Palps. But an ability where you can choose to take root (Gain Emplacement) but the CE could all allies could spend this character's force points. Etc. She could be the Force Battery that both Reps and NR are pining for. Sorry, I'm a sap for tree humor.
