I've mentioned the set number before, but not in an official guess (which is why it wasn't confirmed).
I'm guessing the formatting clue refers to the placement of
Melee Attack; Double Attack (with the semi colon, not a comma)
It has been locked in my partial guess for ages, I just didn't have enough to post anything

i am thinking his # in the set has to be either 20 or 21 because he does not have the numbers for the rest and there is already a confirmed piece at 22 that is a different faction.
