Yeah. I'll explain.
AT-RTs were used in clone armies frequently until Clone troopers with repeating blasters came along.
It has speed 8, and less than 6 republics have a speed higher than 6.
It is one of few ( if anyone else) who has a base damage of 40.
Clones often refer to each other as brothers.

I see now. Holoveers grants fire support mission, which in turn causes damage to anyone the trooper can see.
