I think this is the hint that's being alluded to for #44:

strafe attacks get a LOAD of counters in set 7.

No small d left, so I'm not quite sure how it works? Maybe some kind of acronym thing going on, like LOaD?

So 44: Loading _____
44: Load _____
(I think we have two words to play with?)

3 words since Golden One was solved.

You can find them all on the last 2 pages.

that was on page 45 so all 3 words are on 44 and 43.
I still think it's
28 Kota's Militia Officer
but I'll keep guessing with
28 Kota's Marine Officer

44: it requires a tremendous capital investment for it to work. However, once operational, only fools follow its path.

Wow...um no it wasn't...

Jedi Thinking Ball was Sith Meditation Sphere....

Sad AT-AT Shooter was for this one....

But scruffyhan did get a couple Jedi Thinking Ball's as his reward for correct guesses, and just so happened to be the guy that guessed Gloomwalker ___ way back in the thread. So, with a cap W, 'divide and conquer'.

And another one bites the dust. Smile Theme (Kota in same set), gap left by WotC (no 'Militia' commanders)

I had a hunch it would come down to these last two pieces. I've vaguely hinted at both already, as have others.

I like the move to bigger strafers, and away from the Lancer - assuming that's what the designers are trying to do. The Lancer is kind of ridiculous as it's non-unique and can be pawned by Sidious - it has a huge range, and can potentially decide games in the first round in some circumstances - it's totally an NPE for new players. The bigger strafers are more balanced and better for the game IMO.

Not me, I'm all for non uniques dominating the game. For me when I think of Star Wars it's all about non uniques cutting down Jedi/Sith like flies. Also I think it's better for the casual onlooker to look over at a table and see 30 Rodian Brutes battling 10 IG's and some random commander. It just makes sense.

And I think it's got two words, if my calculations are right? I think there were 4 words left before Buzz Droid was solved.

And 100 point Luke getting pwned by a swarm of Ewoks masquerading as Teddy Grahams; a la Darth Jim at Bounty Hunters Challenge at GenCon 2012.
