Outfit-wise I liked the Imperial Inquisitor as Boss Nass.
As for a kid Anakin, it really wouldn't be breaking any ground. We already have noncombatants, main characters (duh) and children.
The character being annoying (to some) is no excuse not to make him (we have Jar Jar and multiple 3PO's, and they have gotten more razzing than Jake Lloyd), and neither is him being poorly acted. (The list of characters we could make if good acting were required would pretty much kill the game lol).
Now that it was brought up, it's more of a question of what the hold up for a kid Anakin has been. Perhaps finding a good RM, but there have been stretches before. Of course, room in a set is a good reason, but given that we have younglings and Mon Mothma and Jar-Jar, plus several tech-specialist-type characters.
Even if he isn't that different from BoShek, he is worth making IMO.
If there were not a youngling, then I could see not making a kid Ani, but that's about it.

I think that creating a new Nien Nunb is a better idea than to try to boost him. It would take a lot, and he's already not so good of a representation of him.

Its a start.
