ok so his cost could also be 34. i know we need to use that 3 in his ccost. and if we can get that out of the way then the rest of the abillities will be a little easier.
Edit: actually i believe with the amount of abilities he has 43 might be his cost.

We need to keep in mind that any CE that grants a Special Ability needs to include the definition unless Stratus has the SA himself.

You guys are getting really close on the CE.
There are minor things up above that need some attention.
(after doing QC on sets 5 and 6, I've become a bit of a stickler for details)
