Is it a canon character from something or a player character from a game or RPG setting? (I'm not super familar with the OR so I don't know.) If it is the former, not vain plenty of us post stat blocks for what we would like to see! If it is the latter, I don't think the designers are going to dive very deeply into non (some level of) canon stuff.

Suggestion for the next 100pt BHC... more diversity. This is based on TimmerB's comment on another thread.
In the Rock/Paper/Scissors idea...
Rock: One big beat capable of taking down other individual pieces quickly.
Paper: Swarm squads that 'cover' a lot of area and tend to beat Rock squads because Rock's damage is too concentrated
Scissors: Swarm killers. Yobuck/Lancer are the pinnacle of this, but anything that takes out multiple small threats at once. Loses to Rock.
Most squads are some combination of the above. The BHC pieces tend to be the epitome of Rock - and too extreme Rock to compete. So I'd suggest a BHC piece that adds in some extra Scissors... 100 damage on the move OR a strong area effect. Both options on the same piece.
Twin Lightsaber Assault with a damage boost.
Also Force Burst 2.

Also Force Burst 2. +1 great idea, my suggestion for scissors: Grievous 100 HP 140 Def 21 Atk 14 Dmg 20 SA Unique Cyborg Melee Attack Twin Attack Evade Parry Speed 8 Wall Climber Damage Reduction 10 Survival Expert (+4 to this character’s save rolls) Density Projector (Ignores effects that force movement) Blaster 20 (Replaces attacks: sight; +12 Attack for 20 Damage) Counterattack (Whenever this character is hit by a melee attack, make a save of 11. On a success, this character can make an immediate attack against that attacker.) Jedi Hatred CE Droid followers with Melee Attack gain Speed 8 and Parry Is that Scissors enough for you? Haha Then make a bounty hunter challenge Obi to battle him.

Just to give you all an idea of time frame - the designers for set 9 are starting now to pick out the set list. This is for the set that will be released in early 2015. Once their list is set, we'll move onto the vset 10 wishlist. :)

I'd really like:
- a new Bail Organa - he's a prominent movie character who just has one mediocre piece from 2005. A Rebel version and a Republic version could probably both be justified.
- a Rebel Yoda with Levitate. I like Hero of Endor, but I think he needs a movement breaker, and Yoda levitated the X-Wing competently (maybe a new kind of Levitate that could affect huges?). It would also free other Rebel builds from using Luke Rebel Commando most of the time.
