Is that a gun in Vader's hand??? If so, might want to check the customs section in the floor rules. The A series looks nice. Really like it.

Darth Vader... used the rebel storm dark jedi ($4) cut off glove, replaced with Elite sith assasin saber and hand, repaint (tend to agree that unless you are a master sculptor that options are limited) Alpha Pilot... repose arm with a bit of epoxy (hated the original pose), paint + red eyes... simple and effective

General Weir (Repaint and epoxy) Darth Traya (Kreia or whatever her name is going to be) The Darth Traya, although pretty, is not something I would actually play. Too much glue and stuff that could break off. But, as a trophy piece, I did a darn good job on turning a possibly $15 dollar mini into about a 2.5 cent mini (actual production value before taxes and licensing).

1. Admiral Saul Karath 6. Master Kavar 15-16. Republic Commando - Darman/Niner (only two are in RaR, but I bet you can guess when we will make the other two :)). Anyways customs of all four, made at once. Here they are. 18. Wookiee Jedi 29. General Rohm Mohc 30. General Weir I believe that's all of mine from K-town that people have correctly guessed right so far, with the inclusion of a new one for you all just for fun :) I'll start posting the rest as people figure them out from the pictures Les took.

Gloom Walker, just a repaint of the RM. Tycho Celchu. I accidentaly cut his nose off while shaving down the jacket pockets on his chest.

Guessing the right arm cut off, leveled a bit so it can stick out more, and repositioned with an acrylic rod as a lightsaber. Likely to make the Wookiee leaning forward it was cut at the waist and then a small bit cut off to put it at an angle. The rob is likely green stuff/epoxy.
Which Wookiee did you use?
