Bob and Weave - This character may be attacked only once per turn.
Negates assaults/twin attacks/etc. Obviously, don't put this on a character with lots of other defensive abilities, but with a decent number of HP, this makes high-damage attacks more important than multiple attacks.

I just noticed that there are 4 pieces that meet "character whose name contains Fringer". They're all terrible, so 2 things...
* Don't make any good fringers. * Make up some uber-awesome over-the-top CE that only affects those 4 pieces just for fun.

DarkInspiration is absolutely an ability we need to see the return of. Or possibly a sister ability to give boosted attacks. Some way to help put the new up and coming living seps over the top

Could have an Imperial R2-D2, too. Give it Signal Hacker: Sight; Target Huge or larger character is considered activated this round, save 16.
That's right, it can stop the AT-AT in its tracks. AT-AT pretty small fry for a Doombot that hacked the World Devastators.

Ryn Refugee 16 Hit Points: 10 Defense: 14 Attack: 2 Damage: 10 Base: Small Special Abilities Musician Invisibility (Cannot be targeted by nonadjacent enemies) Master of Disguise (One adjacent ally, when targeted by an attack, may choose to not be subject to an ability that gives the attacking character bonuses against them as a result of a special ability or force rating that they have. Only one ally may benefit from this special ability per round) Master of Forgery (One adjacent ally may benefit from the effects of any one friendly commander effect or special ability that they are not subject to and that ally must remain adjacent to this character to gain those effect(s). This ability does not ignore unique, follower, and force rating restrictions. On this characters turn you may choose to change the ability the adjacent ally benefits from. Only one adjacent ally may benefit from this ability per round. An ally who costs more than double this characters points may not benefit from this ability)
My thoughts behind this guy is as a game changing support piece. At 16 points he takes up a big chunk of points but has a big bonus. Invisibility is because Ryn blended in with the crowd no matter where they went. Most people did not even know of their existence because they were so easily overlooked.
Forgery: I think this is an awesome ability because Ryn were great at duplicating documents, which in turn could convince some one that they were something they were not. This allows them to convince Tarful that Anakin Skywalker is a wookie to gain wookiee specific CEs or that Jan Dodonna is a droid!
Disguise is there to offer some pieces more protection. So this way Coleman Trebor wont be the tar

Hondo Karr: Mando with possible double affinity for NR and Imps (at least NR) Chernan Ordo: possible cheaper way to bring some Mandos into the NR. Non-Epic Mandalore Boba or Mando Protector Boba. Vong-traitor, NR Helping Mandos.
