Does GAROT allow them to make a free attack?
Or augment when of their existing attacks?
Is it a save 11?
Save 6?
Does the enemy make the save?
Do they get to attack an enemy that fails a save?

Is that close? Those terms occur in that order, but other words may vary from, intervene and/or follow them.
