My defense is half my cost.
If you add my attack and Damage values you get the cost of a later version of me.
I have something that others in my set lack, to the loss of their playability.

Who am I?

I think that refers to Surprise Move, which gives him an edge to get off his double attack compared to the other CS jedi.

Multi and single attack Rep. jedi in CS are tied at 7.
Only 1 movement breaker. :P

Great question in any case. :)

Shoot, I thought I saw Warlord Hett on Bloo a while ago. I was hoping he'd take his question. Oh well - try this one:

Though my abilities are mutually exclusive
I make my faction quite elusive

Queen Amidala!
(does it count as cheating if I got the answer from looking over the "[ Poll ] Rapport" thread?)

Or maybe not - just checked and she's restricted to non-uniques so maybe not her.

Not Amidala either, but you are on the right track about her CE - too restrictive.
