Isn't she a little young to be operating a lightsaber...? Yes. Yes she is.

Based on custom thread: Savage Oppress
I am not happy with his inclusion. I appreciate the efforts of the VSet committee and their imagination. However, S. O. was such a character created by a two-year old Maul fanboy, he is hardly worth his existence. I understand the seps lack a good Brick wall of a character, but surely the amount of brain damage suffered to create this character, by Lucas, should have put him on the back burner. again, this isn't intended to slight the committee but just to state my utter disdain at the character's existence.

Im actully quite excited, I liked savage opress, it may have been a silly spin off of maul and I found his back story a bit odd, espically about how they ALL allready had SITH tattoos on, but I think the seps will see a very good beat stick, maybe some where near sith levels? Or at least some of the better jedi I hope. Just a damage battery.

He would need to be a low cost damage soaker. He didn't do enough to be anything but a heavy hitting (30 damage) flailing baffoon (+11) at 30 cost. He was just a bad character.
Again, I am not faulting the Vset for choosing this guy but I am just not a fan of this character. I am afraid he will 60+ monster with very little actual ability.

And every one has a right to their opinion. Im not a 'fan-'boy' of him either, just think we would be cool in mini form. And not to be mean or anything but I have a feeling your fears will come true. Hell probably be more beefy than Maul COTF, with a high HP and damage output. But thats just my guess.

As a designer.... I totally agree. I'm not a fan of Savage at all, and think he's a pretty lame character. However, he's also a very popular character, so I understand him being in the set. I think Cad Bane is pretty dumb too. Of course, we try to keep out personal opinions out of set design so that we get a fair balance of stuff we think is cool and stuff everyone else would like. If it were solely up to me, there would be NO characters from the new Clone Wars cartoon, tons of characters from the old Clone Wars cartoon, and a new Kyle Katarn in every set. Otherwise, though, I think we did some pretty neat stuff with him that make him an intriguing piece, whether you like the actual character or not.

He probably will. Which is sad for someone that did very little impressive in his brief glimpses. Granted, I haven't seen season 4 but his appearance in Season 3 was much ado about nothing.
He reminds me of Unique Vong Jedi Hunter in abilities. Add in Force Repulse, Damage Reduction, and maybe charging assault.
I am hopeful that I am not coming off mean to anyone but Savage Oppress. The creators picked a character that was really poorly designed to be put into the game. I would prefer Tol Skorr but for the Wow! factor, S.O. would be the choice. I am certain they have done their due diligence to create a good version despite the body if work being very little to nonexistent.

@echo I am glad I am not the only one that found him dull and lacking creativity. I am sure the Vset people are making a good character with more thought than the TCW writing crew. I was expecting Opress to go Bankai! before his escape.
I like Cad Bane as a character but I hope he gets a blaster bolt between the eyes from Boba and not a Jedi's lightsaber.
Everyone has their favorites and hated characters. This one just really soured me on the Clone Wars.

I'm not a fan of S.O as well.....(and not a fan of TCW ..) anyways, it's good that Seps will get a deceant beatstick (i hope!). I would have preffered Skorr or Seppie Vos (maybe in future v-sets? who knows?). Right now I think that Seps need more living characters rather than droids- and since creators are using all kinds of EU stuff (yeah even TCW) i'm crossing fingers for them! markedman247 wrote:This one just really soured me on the Clone Wars. I do apologize to the board to for my rant. I shouldn't have lost it like that. To anyone I may have offended, I am sorry.
