Do these two abilities work together? Can the figure move up to double speed and then make double attack? And if so, does the damage bonus apply on one attack only?
edit: against activated figure, of course

No. Charging Assault/Fire replaces your turn, so it cannot be used in conjunction with other abilities that require a normal turn to use, like Mobile attack or Ambush/Backlash.
As for the damage bonus, if the character can make multiple attacks (e.g. Twin Attack), then the bonus will only apply on the first attack.

I am pretty sure that they do not work together, but I may be wrong. I am also pretty sure you would only get the bonus on the first attack.
