I am curious as to the fire. How was that done? Plastic cups with some heat treatment to make them bend. After being colored?

Thus creating a base for the critter to be placed on. Simple yet effective.

While I was of the opinion the Spider would have made a better Fire Breather than the Acklay, I had no idea how to customise it. This will help. Thanks. It looks really good.

Ya the picture on Wookieepedia makes it look much more like a knobby spider than an Acklay. I think they went with the Acklay because they used the spider for the stand-in on the yammosk. That would be my guess anyway. An Ackaly with a new coat of paint, along with a completely different color scheme, would still work for me too. Mostly because I have sooo many of them from the UH set. BigGrin Of course I'm thinking I may make one of each and see which one looks better when they are both finished. Wink

On topic: Awesome job on this one jak. Impressive work, I really think you captured the essence of the picture's on Wookieepedia. Cool I had been checking out that page a couple of days before you posted your pic's. Keep up the great work dude! ThumpUp

Just how many do you have? I could use a few extra...

Anyways, I looked up the firebreather and couldn't find it on wookieepedia, so I thought the V-set designers just made it up. I'm relieved they didn't, and now I'm working on how to do my own...

I wanna say I have 5 to 6 of them. However, I'm holding onto them bud, sorry. Smile We use them to re-create the Battlefront II scenario where you fight them and the CIS droids on Felucia. ThumbsUp
