I have a couple questions about Kouhun Infestation. At first I was thinking targeting rules didn't apply because "target" isn't mentioned on the card however I see it is mentioned in the glossary.

So for starters, can you use Kouhun Infestation on an enemy that has cover that is not the nearest enemy?

And I may not need to ask this one depending on the answer to the first but if you are adjacent to an enemy can you use Kouhun Infestation on another, non-adjacent enemy?

Kohoun Infestation targets, it follows all the targetting rules except needing LOS.
1. No, and if you don't have LOS, all enemies have cover.
2. No.

This is covered in the FAQ.
