I dont think there should be one, because they have an entire forum just for customs you can do what ever you feel like with it.

Considering there isn't a costing formula, that would be kind of tough.

Exactly it would be tough, as the sets get newer the characters get cheaper, I mean Rieekan is way better than general wedge but costs less than him.

The custom maker would have to keep getting updated and changed, alot of work that people could figure out on thier own.

I'd say the best course of action would be to implement a custom section similar to the squads section.

Users would make use of a wizard to easily make customs, then make them public so others can rate/comment on them.

If such a thing were made, I'd further suggest that users should be able to organize their customs into subfolders allowing easy postings of virtual sets (or just dividing the customs up if the user makes a lot of them).
