While utilizing the T-Series Tactical Droid CE with a non-unique droid follower, can that acting character use a Replaces Attacks Ability such as Missiles 30 or Repair 30 instead of making a normal attack?

Being able to Repair 60 per round w/ an A-4 Series Medical Droid could be very useful.

I believe this is the correct breakdown:

Skirmish -> (Map Roll)(Map Selection)(Setup)(Round)*
Round -> (Initiative)(First Phase)(Phase)*
First Phase -> (Activation)
Phase -> (Activation)(Activation)
Activation -> (Turn)
Turn -> (Movement)(Attacks) | (Attacks)(Movement)
Attacks -> (Attack)

You only get the "attacks" portion of a turn when you take a turn.
