So, how does Mas work wi' Squad CEs? I'm looking at Niner's CE... does Mas mean that its anyone on the board helps count toward the 'at least 3 others' thing?

Booming Voice has no effect on the Squad special abilities.

I added the bolding for emphasis. As Sithborg noted, Mas affects CEs but not SAs.
