I'm pretty certain of the answer to this but it came up the last time our play group used the Epic's and it will come up again tonight so I wanted to double check.
No Disintegrations only applies to critical hits rolled by your opponent and not by Vader and his allies, correct?
It doesn't say anything about your enemy in the card text or glossary which leaves the door open to this being interpreted as applying to critical hits rolled by anyone, not just ones opponent.

It only applies to attacks directed at Vader. So if your opponent has Epic Mace and attacks one of Vader's allies, he will still crit and Flurry on a roll of 17+.

It applies to all attacks, yours and the opponents.

Just to clarify, you are saying that Vader does not have to be involved and that every attack made by any character in the skirmish, whether ally, enemy or Vader himself is subject to the effects of No Disintegrations, correct?

Yes, it is supposed to be a boardwide SA that affects all attacks.

Cause they ruled there that "No Disintegrations" only worked for when someone was attacking Vader at the con. If they did make the change, is there a posting of it? I get the impression there were some rulings that aren't what I would've ruled at Gencon. I guess that's what I get for not doing the FAQ.
No Disentegrations is meant to be boardwide. The fact is, no where in the defination it states that "When this character is attacked", so it is applies to all attacks.
