Commander effect "droids are subject to this effect" does that mean .. droids and non droids / or / just droids Please clarify thanks

Both are subject. The key part to knowing whether or not droids AND non-droids are subject to a commander effect is to look at the first line of the actual commander effect, right after the sentence that says "droids are subject to this commander effect." For Whorm, it says "Followers gain Twin Attack," so that means all Followers gain it, including droids. Other CEs, like the one on Grievous DAC, clarify that "Droids gain blah blah blah" after clarifying droids are subject to it.
