Take a look at this squad: http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/111563/leias-assassins . Now if my math is right these Twi'lek Black Sun Vigo's will be twinning for 50 damage a shot right? They get twin from the Czerka Scientist, +10 Damage from Xizor, get another 10 damage from CorSec with Deceptive, and will for sure get Opportunist +20 because of Jolt. Now do I have this correct or is there something that I am missing?

When you attack an activated enemy, yes, you would get all those bonuses. However, you would not get the Opportunist or Deceptive damage bonus if they fail the Jolt save. Opportunist and Deceptive bonuses are applied to the attack before Jolt is resolved. This is covered in the Resolving Effects section of the FAQ.

Clarifying this for a typo in Sithborg's reply: If attacking an unactivated enemy, Opportunist/Deceptive will not apply on the first attack, but will apply on the twin IF they fail the Jolt save on the first attack.

Lets put it this way; you will only be "twinning" for 50 damage if the target is activated before you start shooting. If the target has NOT activated previously the firsts shot will be for 20 damage and carry Jolt. IF Jolt is successful, that first shot will activate the target which will let the second shot benefit from Opportunist and Deceptive otherwise it is just like the first shot.
