Just wanting to confirm something as I'm not quite sure of the glossary wording... I ran a Yammosk in a Vong squad - sorry, Yuuzhan Vong squad (just in case any Yuuzhan Vong are reading) - and I also had a Klaatonian Capt and a TBSV... can the TSBV CE go boardwide? Its not a Yuuzhan Vong CE... but does that matter? How does it work in this case?

From the FAQ's on Gamers:

It has unlimited range for the Yuuzhan Vong characters, and range 6 for the Fringe characters.

Me again
So Fringe would have to be within 6 of the TBSV or the Yammosk.

It would be difficult for a Vong to read this as, at the sight of the computer it might read it on, the Vong would be sent into a rage and utterly demolish the artifical technology.

Special abilities are boardwide for Vong, range 6 for Fringe.

CEs are boardwide for both.

Quote:
Special abilities that grant bonuses to Yuuzhan Vong within 6 squares or commander effects normally limited to 6 squares of characters in your squad (including this character) have unlimited range. You may not have more than one character with Yuuzhan Vong War Coordinator in your squad.

Here's the full FAQ excerpt:
Yammosk War Coordinator
Q: If I have a Fringe commander in the squad that affects Fringe characters and Yuuzhan Vong characters in my squad, does the commander effect have unlimited range, or range 6?
A: It has unlimited range for the Yuuzhan Vong characters, and range 6 for the Fringe characters.

and the expanded Glossary def:
Yuuzhan Vong War Coordinator: Characters’ (including this character) special abilities that grant bonuses to Yuuzhan Vong within 6 squares have unlimited range. Characters’ (including this character) commander effects normally limited to 6 squares have unlimited range for affected Yuuzhan Vong. You may not have more than one character with Yuuzhan Vong War Coordinator in your squad. (u/l mine)

The underlined part is probably what throws most people off, mostly due to not being on the card.

Your interpretation would have been correct, if you only went by what was stated on the card.
So...from a certain point of view...

My questiion regarding the War Coordinator is this: Does an allied Zuckuss gain the ability to use the Force Points of an enemie's Yoda FS if it is that character's CE the Coordinator mirrors?

Yoda, Force Spirit's CE:
Characters in your squad within 6 squares with a Force rating can spend Yoda, Force Spirit's Force points. (A character still can't spend Force points more than once per turn and can't combine its own Force points with Yoda's.

It does specify the character by name and does not specify ally so as worded I would say yes. Thoughts?

It's a cool idea, but I don't think it would work. I think there is an implicit requirement that a character be in your squad before you can spend his force points.

Consider the alternative: Suppose in a Rebel on Rebel game we both have Yoda, Force Spirit. Your Luke can't spend my Yoda's force points even though Luke is a "Character in your squad within 6 squares with a Force rating" and the point he wants to spend belongs to "Yoda, Force Spirit".
