attack of opportunity... melee reach Options

If i have melee reach and a fig within my reach (but not actually adjacent) moves...

I get the attack of opportunity ?

Melee Reach only comes into effect on your turn. So on your opponent's turn, an AoO won't occur unless they are adjacent to you.

Now if it is your turn and an enemy not adjacent but in your Melee Range somehow moves, it will take an AoO. Not many ways this could occur but it can happen (yet Force Push/Force Repulse ignore it).
