With my gaming group we plan to play 250 points tourney with epic characters. I know that for sure one of them will use Mara- i'm curious what can work on her while she haven't activated yet.

Any force powers/special abilities?

I know that for sure Lightsaber sweep works on her, how about L Throw 5 ( I think not, cause of word "choose" which indicates targeting, but I might be mistaken) any others?

you would not be able to directly target her with lightsaber throw 5/3 however i am not sure if you would be able to target the character next to her and then make the "splash " attacks against her. I would wiat for a ruling from emperor dragon or sithborg on that part.

Unless specifically stated (usually in the glossary), an attack targets. Sweep does not target, but the "splash" attacks from Throw 3/5 still do.
Spy says nothing about not being targetted or attacked, so it works

Hmmm...

Spy :
"This character does not count as a legal target until it makes an attack or uses an ability that deals damage"

Making our way adjacent to her doesn't it let us attack her? She is adjacent so she is the only legal target for melee attack, right ? ( exception- Diplomat,) It doesn't state on the ability, but when adjacent she still counts as the closest enemy, which lets us attack her (and we are melee).
Am I right?

No. It'd be just like Diplomat in that situation, where if you're adjacent to them and no other enemy, you would have no legal targets.

Moving in a different direction with this, characters with 'Indiscriminate' could attack her. The Sith Wrangler can actually give that to savages, so you don't necessarily have to run the Tarentatek or Leviathan.
