Wow, it's been a LONG TIME since I've been on any Star Wars minis boards. Back when I was an active trader, I had well over 75 good trades between Bloo Milk, Wizards' forums, and HCRealms.

While I still use my minis collection (for a variety of other games), I haven't used the Star Wars maps at all in the past few years. While they are gorgeous, storing them is a hassle and I'm never inclined to use them because finding the right one is such a pain. So I'm entertaining the idea of getting rid of them if the price is right.

All of my maps are in good shape. They've all been kept in poster frames (the kind with the heavy cardstock back and clear plastic cover you'd get at a homegoods or hobby store). Given that they all lay nice and flat and probably won't fold back up very easily, I'd probably have to ship them all together rolled in an artist's tube. So, really there are three questions I'm hoping the more active members of the community may be able to answer:

(1) What would this map collection be worth, roughly? I know I've seen some single maps (Bespin, Taris) go for $20 or more in the past.
(2) Is anyone looking to acquire it?
(3) If Yes to (2), what would you be offering?

While I really hate to get rid of the collection, storage is troublesome and space-consuming and I haven't used the maps in a long time. Below is a list of the maps I have, though note that I'm not sure which maps have what on the front and what on the back. Some are double-sided, some have set posters on the back.

I would suggest selling them separately, not to many need all those maps, but most of us could use a few of them.

As far as prices for the maps go

JCs map packs 1 and 2 are probably the most valuable as they are in limited supply although JC says he is trying to make his older stuff available for download so maybe not.

For most of the WOTC maps I would guess would be only worth a couple of bucks each. For the WOTC map pack maps you can buy the whol mappack for $3 or so including the figs. Attack on Endor (with 4 maps and AT-ST) can be found as low as $10 bucks or so if you look around. The starter type maps can be slightly more difficult, but are still findable for a reasonable price. Muun Grand plaza was re-released with the clone wars comic on the back with one of the league kits towards the end. Ossus pops up on ebay for cheap from time to time.

Bespin and Taris are probably the two most valuable maps. Taris is difficult to find, but because it isn't a very playable map, the demand isn't all that high for it. Bespin (if it is the league kit one) is still a good map, but people don't tend to play it that much because they don't want to start from the landing platform side of it.

Hope that helps.
